Malala In My School - An Update
Thanks to the assistance of Jeanne Conte at the Peel School Board, an invitation was sent to Librarians in spring 2015 to enter a draw to win a cast of the sculpture for their school. As of June, 2016 there have been 20* Winterstone casts made from the original mold. Each one was hand patinated and donated to a Public School Library in the Region of Peel, Ontario.
Now the project has gone viral with the release of the royalty-free 3-D scan so anyone can print their own Malala sculpture. Find out more here.
